These terms govern your use of TermBridge. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use TermBridge.

The short version: TermBridge lets you control your own Mac's terminals from your phone, end-to-end encrypted. It is provided as-is. A free tier is available; TermBridge Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (or a one-time lifetime purchase) billed through your Apple account. You can cancel anytime in your App Store settings.

The service

TermBridge attaches at the shell layer on a Mac you control and relays input and output to your own paired phone over an end-to-end-encrypted channel. You are responsible for the devices you pair and for any commands you run through them. TermBridge is a developer tool intended for use on machines you own or are authorized to access.

Acceptable use

Pair only devices you own or have explicit permission to control.
Do not use TermBridge to access systems without authorization.
Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse the encrypted relay, or use it to route traffic unrelated to the service.

TermBridge Pro — subscriptions & billing

TermBridge offers an optional paid plan, TermBridge Pro, which unlocks unlimited Macs, terminals, and the soft-gated features (file attachments, clipboard sync, file browsing, and voice dictation), plus early access to new features. The following apply to all paid purchases:

Pricing & plans. Pro is available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region. Prices may change with notice; any change applies only to future billing periods.
Auto-renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription, or turn off auto-renewal, anytime in your device's App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the remainder of that period is not refunded.
Lifetime purchase. The lifetime option is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that grants Pro features for the lifetime of the app. It does not auto-renew.
Restoring purchases. Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to re-activate Pro on a new device signed in with the same Apple account.
Payment & refunds. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple per its policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

TermBridge collects no personal data and your terminal traffic is end-to-end encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

TermBridge is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clovinyx LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. You use TermBridge at your own risk and are responsible for the commands you execute through it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change with any revision. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
